How long do I have to wait to make a return?
- We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition
How do I make a return/refund?
- Please contact customer care on our site with the reason for returning
- After you receive a response back on the return, please pack in the same parcel with the receipt
- Drop off your post at the local post office, and before you do that get in touch with us to help you out with the process
- Please note that we don’t process refund in cash rather return in for another item
- Most returns are processed within 7 working days after we receive your package, Note – you will be responsible for the cost of return fee
Can I still return my package if they are worn, damaged or have the tags removed?
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all original tags attached
- Please note – items such as accessories, lingerie, sleepwear, underwear’s and bags can’t be returned
- Please do not return the item to the address on your parcel, as that is not the return address
- If you received damaged/defective items please contact customer support within 24 hours of receipt service
How will I get my refund?
- Please note that we don’t process refund in cash rather return in for another item if its related to size , colour or damages
